Our expert team exercises due diligence when developing the approach for a project. We identify key resources and barriers for each community, then work with the project team to develop appropriate scope and impact. We review contract requirements for reporting means and methods. We evaluate progress of awards and payments and review certified payroll reports. Our team has extensive experience with U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Housing and Urban Development, and local program requirements.

Las Vegas, NV
Corridor of Hope Campus
A Section III covered project consisted of orginal 2.7 acre campus demolished and redesigned to include a 14,000 square foot Administration building; a 4,500 square-foot Guest Services building; an 8,300 square foot volume Day Center. The new facility providing areas for sleeping, informal gatherings, service providers, movie nights, charging stations, pet kennels, and mock courtrooms for homeless and displaced residents, including families and the disabled.
Oleander on Broadway
The Oleanders at Broadway consists of 348 units with parking at ground level and 12 town home buildings totaling 42 units. This project spans 5 city blocks with 5 podiums and all construction 14' above ground level. The development will include amenities such as a pool, playground, and a park.

Century Heights Apts
The new affordable Active Senior Multifamily community will be comprised of 200 units for seniors ages 55 and older. The leasing building will feature a fully furnished fitness center, an equipped computer learning center, a health screening room, and a community room. Outdoor amenities include a pickle-ball court, a barbeque pavilion, a dog park, a sensory garden, and a charming fountain.

Trinity Grove Apartments
$37.5 million project developing 192 mixed-income apartment complex, providing a fitness center, playground, leasing office, automated package system, and cyber café for Beaumont Housing Authority citizens.

An eight-building apartment complex, located in Houston, Texas. This affordable housing project is being developed in conjunction with the Harris County Housing Authority.

Transportation
Phoenix Sky Harbor Sky Train Stage 1A
Phase 1A is a design-build contract to complete the train systems from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3. This included an additional 1.2 miles of guideway.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Sky Train Stage 1
The project scope of Phase 1 included concrete for 3.2 miles of running surfaces, steel guide beam for guidance and all electrical work necessary for the operation of the automated train system.
Ocotillo Road Bridge Improvements
Improvements included utility and roadway crossings of the Union Pacific Railroad, a bridge widening over SRP’s Consolidated Canal, construction of a designated flushing assembly for a 24” water transmission main, construction of a PRV, installation of 12” reclaimed waterline, new waterline connections, private irrigation canals and pipes, extension of a 12” sanitary sewer main and laterals, and a 30” storm drain system with catch basins to handle street drainage.
North Scottsdale Park & Ride
North Scottsdale Park-and-Ride is located on a 5.8-acre reclaimed site south of Scottsdale Airport at the end of an active runway and provides unique amenities for all users. The facility provides 450 parking spaces (some covered with solar panels), a passenger loading platform with custom shelters, and pedestrian linkages to the site.
