Project Experience

Our expert team exercises due diligence when developing the approach for a project. We identify key resources and barriers for each community, then work with the project team to develop appropriate scope and impact. We review contract requirements for reporting means and methods. We evaluate progress of awards and payments and review certified payroll reports. Our team has extensive experience with U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Housing and Urban Development, and local program requirements.

Matthew Henson/Henson Village

The Matthew Henson HOPE VI Redevelopment is located on 26 acres in Phoenix’s Central City South Neighborhood. The City of Phoenix received a $35 Million HUD HOPE VI grant in 2001 to rebuild the severely distressed housing project originally constructed in the early 1940s. 356 of the 372 previous units were demolished and the remaining 16 units were rehabilitated to preserve the area’s historic nature and are used for space to provide social services.

Symphony Apartments

Affordable public housign project providing 42 one, two, and three bedroom units with various amenities owned and managed by Public Housing Authority.

Apache ASL Trails

Apache ASL Trails protects and preserves affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households. They achieve their vision by providing asset management services and forming partnerships with other organizations to develop affordable housing.

South Mountain Freeway L202 - GEC

The largest project in State history, ADOT partnered with a private developer to design, build, and maintain the freeway for 30 years. The 22-mile South Mountain Freeway includes two half diverging diamond interchanges. These interchanges, located at Desert Foothills Parkway and 17th Avenue, are the first of their kind in the state.

17013-SCECMAR South Central Extension / Downtown Hub LRT

The five-mile extension will connect south Phoenix to the regional light rail system, which runs from downtown Phoenix to Baseline Road. The project also includes a hub in downtown Phoenix, new stations and public art.
